If you have an old windows xp 32 bit cd, you can install a free open source software called VirtualBox developed by Sun Micro http: VirtualBox will run XP 32bit from within your windows 7 64bit. You can do save states so that it starts up superfast when it's fully configured.
It take a bit of doing but all my 32bit drivers work perfectly under Virtualbox in my Windows 7 64bit.
