💥IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO CHANGE💥 - 🐵I know you’ve probably heard this before: It’s never too late - 🐶Could apply to most anything really, but in this case I am specifically talking about fitness-your training, your nutrition, your health - 🐱I have been around fitness for a long time-the better part of 20-30 years. I thought I knew what I was doing but ended up gaining and losing the same 20-40 pounds in various increments over a long period of time - 🐭But here’s the thing: in both of these pictures, I am in my fifties. I am 52 in the first pic and 57 in the second pic. I didn’t start to make real changes until I was in my fifties -good ole middle age - 🐥A very unhappy person is on the left and a very strong and confident person is on the right. Someone who didn’t love herself very much is on the left, and someone who truly loves herself is on the right - 🐸Not only a physical transformation, but an emotional one as well. A complete mindset shift - 🦄You see I thought it was too late for me-I thought it was just middle age kicking my ass and that’s how it was. Then I found a coach who helped me turn everything around and I got to work - 🐨Yes, it took work. It wasn’t easy, but I was consistent (far from perfect) and patient. The best part?
