190kg deadlifts - 10 x10 (7x10 of 190kg) - some power reps and some fun 😂😂 I can't train without having fun 😂😂. so the plan for my programming was 180 kg deadlifts 10 reps x 10 sets. I was training with good mates that motivated me to go to 190kg after my 3rd set! It was a really successful session. A tough one but I got through it!! Surround yourself with people that are positive and lift you up!!
